Flash Harrys is a privately owned Australian business. Our first store opened in Pialba Place, Hervey Bay in 2003. Then followed the Maryborough store in Maryborough Plaza in 2004 and Bundaberg in the Sugarland Shopping town in 2007. In 2011, we added a new store in Bargara at Bargara Central and opened Gympie in December at the new Southside Shopping Centre. Early 2012 saw our sixth store opening at Noosa Civic Shopping Centre.
Being privately owned allows Flash Harrys to change to suit our local customer needs all the time. We don’t have to wait for “Head Office” to tell us what we need or don’t need. We can adapt each store to suit the people living in the area and buy stock suitable for you.
Our staff are all locals too so they constantly give us feedback. Our managers and senior staff have many years of retail experience and we are grateful to have wonderful teams in every store.
We take pride in our stores and our staff are constantly made aware of the importance of customer service. After all the customers are paying their wages by shopping in our stores.
Cleanliness is another biggie for us and we have chosen to set our stores out with wide aisles and tidy shelves.
